Free agent Ricardo Quaresma has been offered to Liverpool . The former Chelsea and Barcelona winger is available after a release from his Besiktas contract last month. Quaresma's agent, Jorge Mendes, has been incontact with Liverpool to make them aware of the Portuguese's availability. Liverpool are also closing in on the signing of Dan sturridge.
